1. How is the work produced?

I create all the work using AI & Krita for painting then using Photoshop to make it clean and pop.

 

2. Will there be more work published? Or is this the only products you sell?

We aim to produce and publish new arts weekly!

  

3. Are the products only coloring pages?

Before we started with only coloring pages but now we have expanded the type

of products we aiming to sell that are similar to coloring pages.

 

4. I bought a wrong product by accident, what can i do?

No worries send us an email at support@starwayillustrations.com or on here with what product you've purchased and we'll arrange an exchange.

 

5. My child doesn't like the product i bought, can i request a refund?

We cannot refund you because we sell only digital products but we can offer an exchange.

 

 

 6. I am having trouble downloading the file? 

If you having troubleshoot downloading our file please include the screenshot of the error and what file you are downloading, sometimes it can be an issue with your network or too many pages opened up, try avoiding that and if the error still continues we will ask you to try an alternative if not we will refund your full money ( bare in mind this might take a several days for the money to come back to your account depending on which bank your registered with ).

 

7. Can i download the digital image as many time as i can?

Yes you can there is no limit, download all the images or one you like!

 

8. Are there watermarks on the images?

Nope all images have no watermarks.

  

9. Can i pay with gift cards at you're store?

No we do not accept any type of gift cards at the moment.

 

10. Can i use your artworks for resale & showcasing?

No you cannot use our images for resale, giveaway, share or anything else without our request other than for personal use. This includes whole or part of the image too.

11. How do i open zipped files?

When you download clipart or party bundles, the file will come in .zip format. You will have to unzip it. In the unzipped file, you will find your files.

PC: Right-click on the zipped folder and click “Extract” or “Unzip” (depends on your computer)

MAC: Double-click on the zip file and it will unzip.

iPhone: Download app ‘iZip’ from App Store. Unzip the file using the app. Import it into software app.

Android: Select the file and click on ‘Extract.’ Import to software app and use.

 

You can extract the zip file on Mac, PC, or on iOS and Android devices with the zip extractor app.

 

12. What ways can i print these?

You can literally print anywhere:

1. Home printer
2. Office supply store such as Staples, Ryman, Librarys, Uk Office Direct etc
3. Local print shops and online

 

13. Can i use the images for digital painting?

Most certainly! our images come in jpeg & png formats so you can use it on your graphic software, i recommend Procreate or Krita but whatever software will still do the job!
